Pneumatic, Manual or Manual with Ratchet, Powernail manufacturer’s the proper tool for almost all types of wood flooring products. Standard ¾’ to 33/32” solid wood uses our 45(Manual) 45R(Manual w/ratchet or our 445(Pneumatic) Wood Floor Nailers. Our specially designed cleats 2”, 1 ¾” and 11/2” will work to eliminate squeaks.

We have designed the 50P to use a smaller wide cleat (18 gage). This makes it perfect for the exotic woods and thinner solids. Used with Bamboo and Brazilian Cherry the chances of damage to the tongue have been greatly reduced.

Engineered wood requires special attention- Using our 200 manual or 250 Pneumatic our 20 gage cleats provides answers to difficult nailing jobs.

Staplers- The Powernail 445FS provides the machine reliability of Powernail in a staple gun. Using 15 ½ gage staples in sizes 2” through 1 ½” Powernail is manufacturing a durable impact Pneumatic Stapler which will stand up to extreme abuse..
